Full Body Massage
A slow, full-length massage using warm oil. Releases held tension across back, shoulders, legs and arms.
Assisted stretching and pressure-point work. No oil. You stay clothed in loose cotton.

Traditional Thai massage is closer to assisted yoga than to oil massage. The therapist uses hands, forearms, elbows and feet to apply pressure along the body's energy lines, and guides you through stretches you could not reach on your own.
No oil is used. You stay clothed in loose cotton we provide, and the work happens on a floor mat rather than a table.
