By booking a treatment or using this website you agree to the following.

Bookings

Appointments are held for fifteen minutes past the booked time. Arriving late may shorten your session, as the following guest's booking cannot be delayed. Please give us a few hours' notice if you need to cancel.

Prices

Prices shown on this site include all applicable taxes and were current at the date shown on the price menu. We may revise them; the price confirmed when you book is the price you pay.

Our services

Mudita Wellness Spa provides professional therapeutic massage and spa treatments only. Any request outside that scope will be refused and the guest asked to leave. Guests must treat our therapists and staff with respect at all times; we reserve the right to end a session without refund if they are not.

Health

Tell us before your session about any injury, medical condition, allergy, recent surgery or pregnancy. Massage is not appropriate in some conditions and we may decline or modify a treatment for your safety. Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing; they are not medical treatment and do not replace advice from a doctor.

Belongings

Please keep valuables with you. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost on the premises.
